All our diamonds and jewelry are manufactured and shipped directly from our facility in Surat, India, regardless of the customer’s location.
We take utmost care in packaging, handling, and dispatching every order to ensure it reaches you safely and on time.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Shipping Charges: Free across India
Delivery Time: 2 – 4 business days after dispatch
Courier Partner: Reputed national courier services with full shipment tracking
Dispatch Time: Usually within 2 – 5 business days from order confirmation

3. International Shipping
We proudly ship our jewelry worldwide.
Shipping Partner: FedEx International Priority
Shipping Fee: Flat rate of USD $180 – $185 (depends on destination, product weight, and insurance value)
Estimated Delivery Time: 10 – 15 working days after dispatch

Important:
International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling charges applicable in their respective countries. These fees are not included in our product price or shipping charges and are to be paid directly to local authorities or courier partners upon delivery.
