• Mounts: Gold or precious metal bases that hold diamonds; they may or may not include stones.
• Loose Diamonds: CVD lab-grown diamonds sold without a mount, available for customization.

Please note: All items are sold on an “as is” basis.

Pricing

• Product pricing is calculated based on current market prices for gold and CVD diamonds.

Order Cancellation & Returns

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund (minus 1% payment gateway fee).
• Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a processing fee of ₹1000 + 1% gateway charges.
• Custom-made jewelry (as per customer’s design/size) is non-refundable.
• Items can be cancelled individually from multi-item orders.

Refunds

• Prepaid refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• COD refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
• Gift card refunds will be credited back to the gift card balance.
• 15-Day Money Back Policy applies only to select non-customized items.

Free Gifts

All free gifts are treated as discounts. In case of partial returns or cancellations, the refund will exclude the value attributed to free gifts.

Offer Terms & Conditions

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat.

Applicable Laws

All Corecarat transactions and services shall be governed by the laws of India, with Surat, Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction.

As per Government of India regulations, any purchase exceeding ₹2,00,000 requires submission of the customer’s PAN card.
